These classes are for those competitors planning to attend the 2025 USA Karate Nationals & Team Trials in Texas.

Age: 10 - 36 years old

Rank: Brown & Black Belts

Workout Times/Dates:

Sunday - 9:00am - 10:30am. 6/15, 6/22, 6/29
Wednesday - 9:00am - 10:30am. 6/18, 6/25, 7/2
Thursday - 11:00am - 12:30pm. 6/19, 6/26, 7/3

Workouts will be held at the ISKC Dojo, 327 N. Eric Drive, Palatine IL 60067

Important Info:

  1. Please register based on the divison you will be competing at for Nationals rather than by belt rank. If you are unsure, please contact Beth Noia (bethnoia@iskc.com)

  2. Please bring a water bottle to the workouts.

Please note that a waiver will be emailed to complete online after registering. The student may not attend without a completed waiver.
