These classes are for those competitors planning to attend the 2025 USA Karate Nationals & Team Trials in Texas.
Age: 12 - 35 years old
Rank: Brown & Black Belts
Workout Times/Dates:
Monday - 8:00am - 9:30am - 6/16, 6/23, 6/30
Tuesday - 11:00am - 12:30pm - 6/17, 6/24, 7/1
*Wednesday - 8:00am - 9:30am - 6/18, 6/25, 7/2
Friday - 8:00am - 9:30am - 6/20, 6/27
Workouts will be held at the ISKC Dojo, 327 N. Eric Drive, Palatine IL 60067
*Wed. workouts will be at the “Hill”. Please meet at the Skate Park Parking Lot, 745 W. Wood Street, Palatine, Il 60067
Important Info:
Please register based on the divison you will be competing at for Nationals rather than by belt rank. If you are unsure, please contact Beth Noia (bethnoia@iskc.com)
Please bring a water bottle and sparring equipment to the workouts.
For the “Hill” workouts please wear gym shoes and athletic/exercise attire.
Please note that a waiver will be emailed to complete online after registering. The student may not attend without a completed waiver.
