TERMS & CoNDITIONS for Illinois Shotokan Karate Clubs

We look forward to seeing you in one of our free mini try karate classes. By signing your child up to participate, you agree to the following:

• Registration

  You must sign a waiver form upon arrival at the class. This must be completed by a parent or guardian.

• Fees

  There is no fee for this 30 minute free class.

• Age

  Students 4-14 years old are allowed to participate and need to be accompanied by a guardian or adult for the duration of the class.

• Appropriate Behavior

  In the case of unruly or abusive behavior towards the instructor or other participants by the student or parent/guardian, the ISKC instructor has the right to ask the participant to leave and there will be no make ups for this class.
