Join our instructors with 20+ years of teaching experience as your learn Shotokan karate in a dojo setting with Illinois Shotokan Karate Clubs!
Pre-Karate Classes: This class is perfect for our tiniest karate kids! Children will learn the fundamental techniques of Shotokan Karate and will work on balance, coordination, focus and burning off energy.
Youth/Adult Classes: This class will help students build flexibility, strength and coordination while learning Shotokan techniques such as Kata (forms), Kihon (basics) and Kumite (sparring). This is also the perfect class for parents who are looking to spend more time as a family who want to take karate together!
Classes are located in the back of our building in the Dojo, at 327 N. Eric Drive, Palatine, IL.
TUESDAY SUMMER SCHEDULE– JUNE 16 - AUGUST 25, 2026
Pre-Karate (4 - 6 yrs.) — Beginner/Continuer — 4:30pm – 5:15pm
Youth (7 – 14 yrs.) — Beginner/Continuer (White - Red) — 5:20pm – 6:20pm
Youth (7 – 14 yrs.) — Int./Adv (Orange - Purple) — 6:25pm – 7:25pm
Youth/Adult (14 yrs & Up) — Advanced (Brown & Black Belts) — 7:30pm – 8:45pm
Please note: There will be no prorating or refunds for any missed training dates. You are welcome to do make ups on Saturdays or Thursdays should you miss class and need to do a make up.
